My salesperson Hector was good and did all he could to help. I was sold the car with 1 set of keys and told to come back on a Friday to have my key made. I work and don’t live anywhere near the dealership so it took me a while to get back especially since i purchased my car in the winter and was told the guy comes from New York. The first time i tried he wasn’t coming. Long story short when I finally got in they said they would not be giving me any other keys and I would need to purchase. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service that I received today at colonial. Paid $450 for a service that DID NOT fix my car, then supposedly what’s wrong with my car is the “ mass air flow “ sensor that I replaced myself. he then told me that the mass air flow sensor in my car is defective and to put my old one back in, BUT when I went to put it back I noticed the mass air flow sensor that was in my vehicle WAS NOT THE ONE I REPLACED IT WITH! the manager nor service advisor could explain why a mass air flow sensor t... read more

This was my first service experience with this dealership and I'm highly recommending them! My service adviser, Martin, was professional and friendly. He didn't do unnecessary work that I thought I needed done and took the time to explain everything to me. I'll def be back in 5K miles!
