Always great service here ! Roger in service always takes great care of my family vehicle ! Always honest with me about what it needs and when! And when I need something for my vehicle , Dave in parts is my go to person! He’s always friendly and gets me the parts I need! I drive 45 mins to get my car serviced here! Always worth the drive knowing my car is in good hands! �

stop lying to your customers .. i was told 10 years ago i get FREE oil change and car wash for the lifetime of the car and Now they are trying not to honor the request! that is not my problem you are loosing money and want to change the policy

Posting on behalf of my brother in-law, who had a very poor experience. Would give 0 star rating if possible. BEWARE! I want to first start out by saying that the only thing that was appreciated through our entire experience, which is still ongoing by the way, was the customer service given by Bob. This repair shop replaced my brothers transmission on a trip from VA to RI. My brother paid out of pocket $1200,on top of having a CPO warranty, so that he and his family (4kids) could return to VA in time for the kids to start school. 3wks later their car broke down (transmission & axels etc- now $12.5k in repairs) and Toyota of Milford is refusing to pay for the repair their hack service dept did not make correctly to begin with. Absolutely not. A friend brought his Toyota van there to replace the transmission on a 4 year old Sienna and they not only provided shoddy workmanship, they created a incredibly dangerous situation because of their error. Toyota should evaluate of they want this dealership to sell their product- clearly they aren’t good stewards of the Toyota brand. What they did to my friend was criminal.
