What a horrendous annoying experience I just had with my sister who is looking at new cars, not sure what make she wants just started. Stopped into Colonial and was followed as we parked by a salesperson. Up in our faces the minute we got out of my car. OMG I was appalled at the aggressiveness and pushy ness of the sales person. Went to go get my 2016 Camry into service and couldn’t have been more upset with my experience. My time on the phone with Kim was awful and I’ve never dealt with anyone so rude before in my life. I went on the website so I could put a face to the name and found that she is a client care representative. If this is the type of customer care you provide here I will just take my car to A1 Toyota instead and I would recommend anyone else to do the same.
