Very professional, respectful, I was impressed with the quality and excellence the staff rendered.
Service department is overbooked and under serviced. Pretty showroom and pretty sitting area for customers. Poor technicians in the service department other than regular maintenance they don't know how to fix or diagnose real problems.

Awful service. My daughter bought a Nissan Altima from Colonial Toyota in June. From day one they had issues with vehicle. The dealership does not stand by there vehicles. It has been in for service multiple times for the same reasons and still hasn't been resolved. It took them 6 MO to get their second key fob. Because she is young she has totally been taken advantage of. Making her pay for issues she has had since the day she bought vehicle. Their answer take it to a Nissan dealer.
