The most unethical dealership I have ever worked with. Customer service is definitely not their top priority! I put a deposit on a car and they sold it without telling me until it was sold. As a consumer, I thought that when you put a deposit on a car they would hold it for you. They told me I took too long to give them additional paperwork they needed for the loan (1 day from the request). They have made me reconsider even buying a Toyota. BTW They lost 2 sales, not 1. We went as a family, because after car fixed we were going to mall. An i guy that works there named Tim, asked if we wanted a ride to Mall. Till car was being serviced. A total gentalman... He took us all, an picked us up. Wr have no complaints, on sevice we bwen going there for mqny years, we bought our car there in 2008. Till today, the best service an veru curtioise plp, an workers...will never sevice our car anywhere else.. thank you
Well I went to the dealership not for service on my vehicle I went to fill out an application for a job I was told previously that it's a good place to work it's a busy shop that is ran smoothly with a good team of techs and service writers that make it all work I must say what I was told it seems true everyone seemed very helpful and organized also the dealership was very clean so I want to end by saying Thanks for your time Justin & Al..................
