It's a great place and great services! They have the latest technology in service department to fix my car right for the first time and every time.
Service was very slow. We came at 11:30. We left 5:45 pm, yet we needed to come back for spare of keys. I will not go back there or recommend them.
Horrible dealership. Rip off artists, liars and scammers. Go to A1 Toyota, they are honest. Colonial lied and stated they called another dealership for pricing, they didn't, they low balled on trade in and then came up $3k...who has time to be treated like an idiot and have their intelligence insulted. Then, a security breach, rude manager, clueless salesperson and disorganized personnel. Do not buy from this place!
I have a 2010 Corrola which I love except I had to have the radio replaced. Now the new one isn't right but it's just passed warranty so Service says too bad. Don't most of you remember when a radio lasted forever in a car? Now I'm on my second one after only 2 years and it's too bad? I didn't think Mr. Crabtree operated this way!
