I’d like to explain a discriminating and very disappointing experience I had with not just one but two Colonial Toyota of Milford, CT employees over the course of two visits. I just replaced my 2015 Prius C with a 2017 Prius Prime Premium from Colonial Toyota. It was an exceptional experience. Great Price, no game playing, sales people that know their vehicles and a painless, fast purchase, finance and delivery. No hype for add-ons. I recommend them, One more significant thing. They provide a LIFETIME warranty on the engine and transmission that can be transferred to a new owner. Let me start by saying I am a car salesman worst nightmare. I have gone with friends to help them buy and to have some fun. I do my research. I know what. I want and what I am going to pay before walking in the door. I don’t play the games. I will not hesitate to get up and walk out the door. After a rocky start, and with the help of Mike B. If there was a 0 that's what I would have given their sales depatent. They lied to me, raised the price on a new car for things thatvother Toyota dealers told us never existed. I would never walk into their showroom again.

Lenny Pue you're the Best. I had my truck towed to the shop yesterday and got it back today. My problem was small but Toyota did it all. Thanks Guys. .....That's why I still have the same vehicle for 13 yrs.!!!
