My dog Goldie had an appointment on Wes. 4/21/2021 at 2:20 p.m. Was told to remain in car and to call office to let them know we were there. There were about 5 other cars there when we got there. I called and called and called and NO answer. I believe they schedule everybody at the same time. This is flat ridiculous.
