RecommendedI am so grateful for businesses that care for their customers. Colonial has made it clear to me they fit into that category. I picked a setting that did not work with my active lifestyle and had a lot of issues with it. Colonial has been beyond attentive and gracious about meeting my needs. I am writing a review because they exceeded my expectations and I highly suggest Colonial Jewelers for anyone. They certainly have gained a lifetime client in our family.
Great service! I took my rings to be cleaned and they pointed out the wearing down of the prongs due to the two rings rubbing together. They repaired it and soldered the bottom together so the two don’t touch on the top. Very happy with their work.
Thank You Kimberly for all your help we got a beautiful ring that was worth the wait as you promised it would be. Kimberly was very patient answered every question I had even though I drove her crazy ! Very happy with the end result . Just know if your ordering custom you will have a bit of a wait but it’s worth it in the end .

I am so glad my fiancé and I decided to casually stop by Colonial Jewelers. Kimberly Kirkland helped us immediately and was such a great help! She knew exactly what we were in search of based off the very broad information provided, very broad. There was no pressure to purchase bands and provided very good knowledge on each one we were interested in. Needless to say, our casual stop turned into the purchase of two wedding bands! My fiancé and I were able to upgrade my ring to such a gorgeous and unique setting using my grandmothers diamond. Sarena has been amazing to work with, ensuring we’re happy and on the same page every step of the way! You honestly cannot get such personalized quality and service like this anywhere else.
