We had a wonderful experience working with Colonial. We purchased a ring from here about 10 years ago and have since moved out of the area but decided to go back and purchase again for my anniversary . I couldn’t be happier with how the finished product turned out. Our sales associate was Amanda and she provided us with many options and exceptional service. I would recommend Colonial to everyone.

Bought a beautiful necklace as a present. I am happy with that. Unfortunately, I also wanted to get my wedding band increased in size. They listed the resizing charge as 215.00 dollars while checking out. I double checked that this was JUST for a resize (my ring had been checked and appraised a month earlier.. no damage)- they confirmed. That was really disappointing. RecommendedProfessional yet friendly service. They gave me a fair price for some pieces I was selling. I also dropped off three watches for battery replacement. I was told they would be ready within the next 5 to 7 days, but they were ready the following day. Colonial Jewelers lived up to their reputation. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend them for high quality jewlery and excellent service.

RecommendedI went to Colonial because I saw they were highly rated for watch repair. My watch band had come apart and needed a cleaning. The employees were friendly, polite, and professional. The watch was ready the next day and the band looks brand new. Plus there is a 12 month warranty! I’m very pleased even though I may have gone to a mall kiosk and saved money and gotten it quicker. I think going to Colonial was worth the difference.
