The buying experience was top notch. .Mike Lewis was very helpful in helping me with my choice and I'm glad I went with a 2014 fat boy lo awesome bike awesome service. Tommy's Thompson was also very helpful.then went over to parts and they were very helpful. All around very happy with my decision to go to Colonial Harley Davidson.
On the way to Daytona our bike broke loose and flipped on its side in the trailer...cracked ferring and broke the mirror straight off...took a shot and stopped at this dealer to see if they could repair it...with a FULL shop, they graciously took our bike straight in to the service area...removed the ferring - reinforced the crack, buffed out the scratches and replaced the broken mirror - all in under an hour and with great conversation and huge smiles - for $150! Best experience I've ever had at buying a bike. Would i go there again? Yes I would! The staff and employees were very helpful and very kind. I got the 2016 electric Glide Ultra Classic. It was love at first sight. Thank you Rob Blair, thank you Tommy Thompson thank you Don Hagar and the rest of the staff that help me too. Visiting as many H-D Dealerships between NJ and FL is on our Bucket List. This past summer my husband and I stopped by Colonial Harley-Davidson on our way to FL. We were pleasantly surprised by the reception we received upon entering the store. We felt immediately welcomed and everywhere we went their staff spoke to us. They could not have been more helpful and professional. We have been many places and this is by far the best place we have been to.
