Best customer service experience I've ever had during a major purchase. Very family oriented staff who made me feel very confident in making my decision to purchase my new 2014 Dyna Low Rider! Just took delivery yesterday of a new 2014 Ultra Classic as my club motto says, we "Ride With Pride".... or since tomorrow is our(U.S.M.C.) birthday let me just quote 2nd.MarineDivision by saying, " lead follow or get the hell out of the way ", I'm coming through on my new HD!
Walked in the door just looking, walked out the door with the bike of our dreams! The service was 'Over the Top'! Every sales associate in the store spoke to is as if they cared why we were there & wanted to help US! Can't wait to buy another bike from them. They are the HD dealership to go to in the tri cities area. We went to one of the dealers in Richmond- & not 1 person asked us if they could help us. Colonial ROCKS!
