While taking a trip to Massachusetts my charging system died. Just had it fix about 2 months ago at home in Florida. Nate and Mike in service got it in and fixed asap, coordinated with my guys down in New Port Ritchie to get it done under warranty. And Rodney came and got us a the hotel grabbed the bike and got us there less than an hr from when we first called. These guys are the bomb!
