We bought our 2017 Ultra Limited at Colonial while on vacation in from Colonial Harley-Davidson even though I'm from Lunenburg Massachusetts. It was the best deal I could have ever got and the people there are the greatest. If you want a great sales guy ask for Jason. Fantastic dealership in every sense. I have been dealing with Colonial HD since their opening and have received nothing but outstanding service from sales, parts and the service department. The staff treats customers like family which creates true customer loyalty. Special shout out to Bobby, Dave and Scott in the Service Department for their expert and professional work on my bikes, no matter if its preventive, projects advice and/or heavy repair. I highly recommend Colonial Harley Davidson for all of your HD products.
We loved it there and got a new Harley trike. The customer service was great and no pressure at all. Our sales person was Mike. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a Harley.
First of all I am brand new to the Harley Family. Bought my 2015 Road Glide at Classic Iron in Fredericksburg. Brought to Colonial today for the 5K service. Spoke with Scott and they were able to fit me in the schedule. Truly welcomed me to HD and even explained a few more things about my bike that I was unaware of. Best service I have ever experienced with any vehicle I've owned. Bike felt and rode like it was brand new. And they washed it to....Wow!! Definitely felt like I was amongst family. Thank you Guys!
