Absolutely horrible I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager is RARELY at the property and the rest of the front office is horrible at their job and very lazy. These apartments are way overpriced for what you are getting. The old manager (Lauren) was AMAZING! She spent so much time making this apt great and then the new manager has ruined it all over again

Absolutely LOVE IT here !!! I absolutely love LOVE everything about living here !!! My studio apt is the perfect sanctuary, the surroundings couldn’t be anymore perfect for what I need access to on the daily… it’s beautiful, beautifully kept up, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If a maintenance issue pops up, it’s taken care of right away… I couldn’t recommend a place more!!!! :):):)

Maintenance could be better I’ve been living here for about 3 months now, and everything is pretty solid. Living on the light rail side makes the apartment really quiet except for Friday and Saturday nights, but the noise doesn’t bother me since I’m not normally home those nights. There have been some initial maintenance requests that have taken months to get fixed. It seems like they’re just understaffed since it take up to a month to get a maintenance request fully finished.

Do NOT MOVE HERE These apartments are old and need to be fully upgraded! The street almost always floods when it rains, they MAKE you get spectrum for internet/cable services, the a/c units constantly leak over the tub, BUGS AND FLIES ARE HORRIBLE. Put a work order in, it’s halfway done or not at all.

Avoid like the plague. Avoid this place like the plague. Not for professionals. Old, dated apartments and the worst management I’ve ever encountered. Not responsive, rude when any issues are raised. People are moving out in droves. The hallways reek of weed and the pool isn’t clean. I couldn’t get out fast enough.

This community has a lot to offer. This community has a lot to offer. First of all, it's a luxury to live here every day because the communal areas are always kept immaculately clean and well-maintained. The personnel at this community deserves special mention; they have been so helpful to me that I don't even know where to start! If you value the kindness you receive, you must make this place your residence.

Nightly Tows & Missing Packages The parking spaces at MAA Worthington are extremely narrow with a lack of room for all tenants when accounting for large trucks that need spaces. The building allows a towing company to come and tow cars on a nightly basis if you are over the line by a small fraction. I have been towed twice and everyone I know in the building has been towed at least once. I am sure the towing companies pays MAA a fee to be able to come tow their tenants so frequently. Constant fire alarms, theft, homeless, dog poops in a hall way and management don't care! Also Office management left me with a portable A/C for three days when it's 100 degrees outside. Having only one device for a two-bedroom apartment is not enough. I've been living with 80 degrees in the apartment and the horrible noise from this outdated device, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise and heat. So far so good I moved down from Washington State 2 weeks ago and its been great so far. A few issues that needed fixed were taken care of as soon as I could coordinate with maintenance. Its not resort quality, but its not resort cost either, it is way better than price for value I have found elsewhere. Overall a great place to live so far. And the staff that I have met so far are very helpful and friendly.
