Filthy Not one agent walks these grounds to ensure cleanliness. There is garbage EVERYWHERE on property. Make ready trash is left outside of the door until an occupant actually moves in. There has been 2 stoves and a refrigerator OUTSIDE for MONTHS. You definitely get what you pay for. Maintenance is quick for repair and that’s the best thing. Other than that they don’t care for the property unless it’s front office

Do not live here unless you are desperate I had to take my car to the shop because it broke down and got a loaner. That same night the loaner was towed and I am expected to pay $230 to get it back. They refused to do anything about it, "my hands are tied there nothing i can do" total nonsense. There is something you can do you just WONT do it.

Management doesn't care anymore, once you sign your lease youre locked in unbelievably horrible. loads of crime in the last year, a murder in my building, at least one other break in, shifty people roaming around and property theft galore. not to mention rude neighbors, with nothing in the lease regarding noise so neighbors feel free just blast their music all day and night. constant domestic disturbances and people yelling in the driveways. zero parking ever, there's a whole 12 spots that you could say are "dedicated" to ou... read more

Pet "Fees" are Ridiculous Nice looking apartments, convenient if you work in North Austin. I would suggest that you all change your ridiculous pet policy. I've never lived in an apartment where you don't pay a REFUNDABLE deposit, that way if your pets do cause any damage, fine you pay for it, but if they don't you get your money back. I've also never had to pay for a cleaning service at the end of my stay. Colonial Grande at Canyon Pointe This is a nice, safe community with great amenities. The only downside is pricing. Rent is par for the course but a water bill for a two bedroom apartment with only two occupants is roughly $100 per month which is outrageous. As well in order to guarantee you will have a place to park you HAVE to pay for covered parking or a garage. The final issue is the trash situation. Great place to live I loved these apartments. Lived here for a year and a half. Parking was great, staff was great, neighborhood was safe and clean. Maintenance was quick and efficient. Spacious and well light apartments. Never loud or too many people out, and neighbors were friendly. Close to everything! Highly recommended.
It wasnt even on the list In July.....my husband and I decided to relocate to Austin on business. Living a house... we didn't want to deal with the hassle of looking for apartments. Apartments.com made it apart easy! After going th though every apartment on the list........ I adjusted my search, and decided to put in an area..... and we came up on this place! My family and I love it!!!!!
Colonial grand at canyon point When I was apartment searching I was stressed beyond belief , and then I walked into the offices her the two lady's that helped me were amazing and they are always there to help. The main lady not soo friendly so I try to ad void her as much as I can but they rest of the staff are amazing. With the apartment I live in a 1-1 785sqft and it's amazing the balcony is huge and it's very spacious :) they are pet friendly but the pet cost is pretty high I must say but they help u but letting you split... read more
Good They keep up with landscaping and just revamped the entire place with new paint. They have designated areas for dogs to potty and that's a must for me! All in all the place is quiet and apartments are in fair condition.
