It used to be a great mall...can't figure out what happened..still go there for the restaurants, especially Hickory Tavern...if things don't change, I'm afraid soon they'll all be gone too..gave it 3 stars only because of the memories...
I paid a visit to this mall on Saturday, 7/15/2017. Just an average two-story mall in the city of Birmingham. Not much to choose from inside the food court, but definitely a decent mall. I would better prefer Riverchase Galleria, which I visited on Friday night, 7/14/2017.
Back in the day, it was much better than it is now. Its empty. Not many stores in there. There are only 2 stores that I liked, Indigo and earth bound or something of that nature. I enjoyed spending the day with my daughter.....I give 5 stars for my daughter.
I actually posted this yesterday, not knowing I'd get this review request today..... OMG!!! What has happened to Brookwood Village???? Macy's is unrecognizable!! LOUD MUSIC NO WORKERS!!! No inventory!! Soon this will be just like Century Plaza!! Lots of empty spaces!! Its awful! I sure hate to lose our brick & mortar stores but man, I was kinda scared!
