Stores are pathetic. Customer service is basically poor throughout the mall.

BELK at Brookwood village! I went and spent a lot of money there and had to return a shirt because I bought two of the same. We took both out and I left mine there. When I got home and realized it i drove all the way back (an hour) only for a manager to refuse to not give me my money back, but even let me get another one. THEY ARE CLOSING. They just got 355 dollars from me but couldn’t let me get another dress shirt. That is wrong and I won’t go back.

Started work at Brookwood Village in 1999. And I worked there until December 31st 2015. This used to be a fabulous Mall after it was remodeled the first time in 2000 it was okay but the second time it was remodeled they ran all the stores out. It has basically set up free of stores for 3 years now, they wanted to put in high end stores which was fine if they had came in but they didn't. You don't make money in an empty Mall.

Wonderful mall, wonderful atmosphere. I love spending time just hanging out and reading books there! They have books you can read on their bookshelves throughout the mall!
