Very Happy New Customer I had purchased 7 Jaguars in the past, in Massachusetts. WHen I moved to Florida I was concerned that I would not find a dealership that was so customer oriented as the one I left. I was so wrong. The staff is friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. They give me the feeling that they care about the customer. Little things count. They always pick up the phone on the 1st ring - amazing. I can't say enough good things about the facility. Currently own 2011 XF Premium.
I would recommend this Dealship I was in the market for a new car and went to this dealership. Although I did not purchase here, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Sales Associate, Carlton. Out of 10 dealerships that I visited, this one was the one that stood out in my mind as being very customer oriented. If I had decided on a Jaguar, I would have felt very comfortable with a purchase at this dealership.
Service Standards Great service department. Bought a Jag up north and was worried to see if there was a legit dealer. I think I found it.
