Absolutely the best time ever. Our Canyon Country Tour, led by Derek Moscarelli was wonderful. Derek was a wealth of information and his knowledge of all the places we visited was phenomenal . He made moving from one place and one accommodation to another stress free . He also has a great sense of humor. The Canyon Country tour was awesome and what made it more so was the expertise & individualized attention that our tour manager, Derek M. gave to each client.....and to our driver Bryan C., for driving us safely to & from our destination(s).
Just completed my 3rd tour with Collette's and they have all been great disappointments -- NEVER AGAIN ! They are more than happy to take your money but provide very little in return unfortunately .
they offer free transfers from your house to airport and back home. That is very convenient. They offer good rates for air and transfers. Collette does it seamless. This is my third trip with them and they always have the best tour guides.
I just had the most AWESOME Italian Vistas tour with tour guide Denise Emens. I knew nobody when the trip started but was lucky to have 36 wonderful fellow-travelers. Many of us came home with new friends. Denise was extremely knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. We saw countless sites and the hotels were fantastic. The driver and local guides were all excellent.
This was our first guided tour experience. We loved it! Our guide was Luciana and she has such a love and passion for Italy and its history. It was truly a wonderful trip!
