Combining groups is not my idea of a good time - too many rude people on my last trip (to Iceland) :(
This was my first time to travel with Collette and loved every minute of the UK by Rail tour in October! Michelle Purvis, the tour director, was wonderful and went the extra mile to take good care of my fellow travelers and me. I’m looking forward to my next adventure!
This was an amazing vacation! Our tour guide, Gregory Hall, definitely made the difference. He is a wealth of information, and provided far more than what is required from a tour guide. We received quality handouts of supplemental information on many activities, either to view or retain. He managed the tour and the group extremely well, and by keeping us on time and even ahead of schedule at times, he was able to fit in some extra excursions. He was really outstanding. My husband and I were lucky enough to take the U.K. by rail tour with Michelle Purvis. Michelle is such a lovely and caring person with a wealth of knowledge about the history and landmarks of the regions we visited. She did everything she possibly could to ensure everyone in the group had a memorable experience. The tour is fast paced and full of things to see and do. We met so many wonderful people and the memories we made will last a lifetime!
I am currently on a tour in Washington DC. Our tour guide Phil, is doing an excellent job of keeping everyone in good spirits and showing us the sites! It is all wonderful!
