I have just returned from my first tour ever and it was fabulous! My friend and I booked our tour through AAA, but joined with a Collette tour group in Scotland. Our tour manager, April Smith, did a fantastic job of including all of the sights and experiences that I could have ever wanted; and our driver, Willy, was a careful and considerate driver. I highly recommend this tour!
I just came back from a wonderful trip to Washington DC. It was full of sights and a trip to the white house where we were able to tour the back grounds of the White house. I will always look back on this trip with a smile. Wesley Glass our Tour manager and Rick our bus driver were awesome. I had the best time. Everyone was so nice and loved making new friends. I will be for sure taking another tour with you next Oct 2019 to New York City. #collette100 #guidedbycollette
Just finished the canyon country tour with Derek the tour guide and angels the driver. The sites were beautiful hard to pick out which Canyon I like best. This is the second trip I’ve taken with Collette and I like the way that everything is pre-planned to make the most of our limited time. It’s always hard to choose between the extra selections they offer since they all are so great. Already planning on another Collette tour in the fall and I’m sure that is going to go great.
Even though there was a lot of rain in Spain, my friend and I had an amazing adventure on our Discover Spain & Portugal trip. Most of this was due to all the extra time our wonderful guide, Ernesto Vidal, spent with us. During our free time, he showed us great places to eat and interesting places to go. But, he also went out of his way to make sure I got my mobile phone back after losing it in a hotel. He made all the arrangements for its return while still on the bus going to the next city. Plains of Africa with Collette gives you the cultural and wildlife experience eg the Big five(Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo) in Kenya
We took the Cost Rica tour in January and was wonderful. Did the zip lining be in Monte Verde and a lifetime experience. Weather was beautiful and we had a great tour guide Greiven.
Just got back from our sunny Portugal tour. Had a great bunch of people on our tour and enjoyed the trip. Lisbon was so interesting and the coach museum was equally enjoyable. Really enjoyed the cork factory and how they harvest down to making cork items. All the dinners with the tour were top rated and more than you could eat. Fado performance was different than I expected and had I spoke the language it certainly would have meant more to me.
