Went to Australia and New Zealand with Colette last year and it was amazing! Every day and every experience was better than the next! Will definitely use Colette again!
Most tours are panoramic tours.. meaning you only get to see the places from inside the bus and tour director for Portugal & Spain classics was very rude.
Our Canyon Country trip included 3 canyons and monument valley. Truly unforgettable trip. Our tour manager Kim Durham was super and our motor coach driver Kirk was the best. We learned so much and saw so much and ate so much...such a great week.
I would use any other tour group out there except Collette’s!! Worse company for customer service!! They don’t care about the military or the military members PTSD! Spent big money and tour person who ran the tour was awful!! I would put her name on here but not sure if that is allowed!! Uncaring !!!
Just got back from Paris/London vacation. My first time in Europe. Collette was fantastic. Took the stress out of getting around both cities. We were picked up at the airport on Paris on time. Also when it was time to leave London to fly back to the states the driver was early. Our tour manager Jeff did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable about the cities on how to get around on the the metro or tube. Also informed us on where to eat. I love the way Collette immerses you in the culture. We just returned from the Australia tour and loved it. It was busy but we saw so much and enjoyed the tour leader, the folks on the trip with us and all the knowledgeable bus drivers. There were four intra flights that went very smoothly. To see an entire country in 18 days was phenomenal! If you want a restful vacation, this is not a trip for you. If you want to see Australia and its beautiful countryside, this is the best way to do it.
Just returned from the Portugal and its Islands Tour. Sao Miguel and Madeira were very, very scenic. Our tour manager, Rebecca Anne Bell, was excellent....very personable and great at bringing the group together.
