To anyone considering living in Campus Palms Apartments: Let me begin by saying that I'm not sure why this apartment complex doesn't have tons of terrible reviews written about it already. Also, if this gets deleted--I'm writing another one. Campus Palms Apartments is hands-down the worst place I have ever lived. If the bugs, broken mailboxes, and lack of recycling don't bother you, than the loud and out of control parties will. This place is awesome. They work hard to make this place clean, comfortable, and welcoming. If an issue arises, they deal with it in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and more than happy to work with you from and problems that could arise. I would recommend this place to anyone.
