To anyone considering living in Campus Palms Apartments: Let me begin by saying that I'm not sure why this apartment complex doesn't have tons of terrible reviews written about it already. Also, if this gets deleted--I'm writing another one. Campus Palms Apartments is hands-down the worst place I have ever lived. This place is awesome. They work hard to make this place clean, comfortable, and welcoming. If an issue arises, they deal with it in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and more than happy to work with you from and problems that could arise. I would recommend this place to anyone.
