Staff is hit or miss, but upper management is very helpful. The apartments are nice, the price is good, but the service is so-so. Not safe though; my bike was stolen while securely chained outside my apartment, and UPS packages were stolen.
Don't ever sign a lease here. We just moved in and already the A/C has been out multiple times, broken things everywhere, leaks, broken garbage disposal, lights not working, large hole in the floor, dirty a/ AND TERMITES.
Beautiful and safe.clean and the management is accomodating.
So if/when you move in make sure your roommates' key cant open the door to your room. Because whats the point if having individual keys with locks?

REALLY bad termite (infestation) issues . Poor communication with maintenance staff due to them speaking limited English. Staff is pretty nice though and willing to help. You get what you pay for overall ...
