It not bad! 3.5. They were in pretty good shape. Good place to live!
Very impressed with the high standards that Campus Palms maintains. From the secured/gated entrance (a live guard checking all who enter 24/7), to the landscaping, to the service from all at the front office, to the ease of lease/move-in process due to the efficiency of the property and leasing managers...I can highly recommend Campus Palms! Proximity to the USF campus is an added bonus!
Campus Palms gave me a great first experience on living on my own! I lived here for about a year and everything went smoothly despite having a few maintenance issues. Everything was usually resolved within a few days and the front office staffs were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend living here!
I hope that they're telling all of the new people that are signing leases that the apartments are infested with termites. They sure didn't tell me.
Nice apartment and good staffs. Stay here more than 6 months. It's safe and quiet.
