My girl is spayed and 8 years old it may just be spay in continence urinalysis was very diluted so we had to get her there for first pee of the day. I called Kee and let her know Dr. John recommendation of early morning she sent a great tech out to collect urine from my dog. She was prepared and friendly professional and took my girl back for bloodwork so we could go on with our day. I love a professional that goes the extra distance.

The care and treatment was genuine. The staff took control of the pets with a parent-likeness. The techs and docs convinced me that this was my new vet clinic by the knowledge of my Grady's condition and treatment, as well as offering the best options for my budget. Mamy kudos and Blessings to them!

I’ve gone here for almost 12 years with tons of animals. Its close to home. I am told to wait almost 20 minutes with unvaccinated puppies in the waiting room. Recently, I made an appointment with Dr. Hill for my dogs 11 puppies. Imagine my surprise when an unknown Dr. walked in. They put 11 6 week old puppies in a room with black hair still on the floor. Half of the front staff is rude, and have been. I have only stayed for Dr. Hill, the office would not tell me where she went. I found her and will not be going back to CP. I... read more

Tell the truth - be concerned for your puppies health instead of just saying lets watch this. Should have been a real concern at 8 weeks. Now they want $700 to neuter my puppy because his testicle still hasnt dropped!! and telling me he no longer qualifies for the puppy package when they are the one that told me "let's watch this"

Business response:

Mrs. Brame, I am so sorry you feel this way. Anytime a patient is diagnosed as cryptorchid and the testicles have not dropped at such a young age we recommend to monitor it and never rush into surgery as sometimes it can take up to 6 months for both of them to drop. If they have not dropped at 6 months of age then we recommend to surgically go in through the abdomen to find them. Unfortunately a surgery for a cryptorchid neuter is much more extensive of a surgery and requires the veterinarian to go into the abdomen to locate... read more

We have been using CPRVC for many years. The staff and Doctors are very friendly and compassionate. Met the new Veterinarian Dr. Leigh Jamison yesterday for my dogs annual check up. She was great, very gentle with our pet and she accepted the choices we make for our pets without any pressures.

Business response:

Thanks so much Mrs. Wolfensberger. We are so happy to have you guys as clients with your sweet fur babies :)
