I brought my cat Milo there for an appointment to be put down today. I scheduled this a couple days ago . They polite and asked me all of the questions needed to get through the appointment so I wouldn’t have to be questioned there at a horrible time . They told me to be there 15 mins early . Great Staff but poor medication policy much higher priced on prescribed meds than other reputable RX pet pharmacies. College Park Road Vet makes it difficult to buy from anyone else but them. If you are a person needing quality vet care they have great vets... if you need prescribed meds many of you will be priced out of their practice if you require reasonable affordable cost meds. My cat, Toodles, was recently hit by a car. Honestly, I happened upon this clinic haphazardly, because I called around and no one could see us. I am so happy that I made our visit here. Dr. Hooper has been nothing less than exceptionally compassionate... towards Toodles and myself. Same goes for every staff member I have interacted with. Dr. Hooper has called to check on us, I have cried to her on the phone, etc. I just can't say enough. Thank you, thank you!
They always accommodate the needs for my fur boy! Employees are all very kind and I know he is in good hands.
Terrible customer service and over priced. Refused my pet wellness medication during a global pandemic and was hung up on when I questioned them further. I will be switching back to my previous vet immediately, despite the 30 minute drive. Glad I only wasted one visit here.
Amazing people! They do everything they can to make you and your pet feel welcome. You can tell they are true animal lovers themselves. They are always happy and excited to see new animals come through and the accommodation they make to help you through the tough decisions are second to none. 10/10 you can count on these good people to provide you and your animal with the best service and care. Given the current status of our country right now, I was completely impressed with the manner in which College Park Vet is handling things. Pipe also seemed to like them, so that’s what really matters.
