I didn't mind living there. The parking is a major issue, and the front office is horrible about staying on top of things or doing something they say they will do. It becomes annoying to have to tell 9 different people the same things over a few months. The units themselves are nice, but that's about it.
University Place is a great place to live. The location is super close to campus, the staff is always friendly, and the apartments are in great condition.
