College Park is the nicest and most convenient WVU apartment complex. I have not had any negative experiences here, and the complex is well runner overall, whether it be all the great events they offer, or the friendly staff. My friend Riley and I from New Jersey both live here, and over the summer, the leasing manager at College Park, Kyle Ransom, drove all the way up to Jersey from WVU to attend our college back to school event. I personally love living at College park and will more than likely stay here through graduate school if I stay at WVU. I love the office staff and CAs. If I every have any concerns, questions, comments, they always are happy to help! I found them to be very accommodating with some very original issues that have come up which alot of other places would've thrown a fit. The staff treat you like you treat them. College park has given me a great experience living here! The shuttle service is really convenient for getting to and from class. I’ve met really great people here and the apartments are so nice. Maintenance has always be attentive whenever I’ve needed them. Overall, I’m glad I chose to live here.
Can i give it lower than 1. Place isnt bad if you have a car and u know how to drive well on hill in snow. But its too far from accessible transport. Everything is on electricity so bill shoots up in winter. No matter how much you take care of that place they will still charge some bucks when you evacuate the house by the end of the term.
Great place to live, everybody is extremely nice and always willing to accommodate you. Apartments are nice and the property is a fun place to live.
I have lived here for 2 years and watched this place go downhill and fast. At first it was ok minus being treated like a child by the maintenance crew but then this last year the sidewalk collapsed so they shut down an entire entrance for the rest of the year and woke me up by working on it every morning at 8am. The shuttle back and forth from campus has like 6 seats in it so it's useless. They said they were going to have stairs built to the upper lot Incase you parked in the upper lot for cheaper.
