I didn't mind living there. The parking is a major issue, and the front office is horrible about staying on top of things or doing something they say they will do. It becomes annoying to have to tell 9 different people the same things over a few months. The units themselves are nice, but that's about it.
Lived here last year, loved it had no problems ..this year it's the worst place to live. It took maintenance 3 weeks to come and fix our dishwasher which was flooding, after numerous calls and putting multiple requests in to fix it. You pay 100$ for a parking spot each semester and if you try to park after 8 o'clock there will be no spot for you and you'll have to park behind the middle school and walk. It's a great place, I really like it. If you don't drive, be prepared to struggle with those hills.
Parking is a serious issue--daughter forced to park in guest lots despite the fact she is a paying resident--not acceptable for the amount paid per month.
Great staff, great location to downtown campus. Really nice place.
They make it almost impossible to get ahold of people and if they say they will call you back, don't hold your breathe. College Park is extremely unprofessional and all the things they told us they would do never got done. They never even sent us a copy of our lease like they promised. They tell you whatever they want to get you to sign a lease but all they really want is your money. Worst customer service ever. Not how you run a business.
