What a great experience! Colleen took us around, day after day to find us the perfect house. Always answered mail/text/phone promtly and had an angel's patience with our three kids (4, 2 and 8 months). Colleen was never pushy, I never felt like she was working on commission since she never pushed for any more expensive houses, never complained when we wanted to look at foreclosed homes, etc. We ended up building a house with a builder, instead, and Colleen was there throughout. Thank you so much!

Extremely hard working! Knows the Clermont area well, however, does not give a lot of guidance on price or potential buyers offers. Overall, very responsive in communication skills.

Well, I definitely did work diligently on trying to get the house sold at a price where the Sellers did not have to bring money to the closing. The Sellers basically broke even on the sale. I even showed the house to other Realtors' buyers so no showing would be missed. All offers were shown to the Seller and unfortunately 2 executed contracts fell through because of the buyer's financing. The guidance I give to my Sellers on pricing is showing them the facts on the Market Value, I am the messenger that shows the facts.
My husband and I were recommended to Colleen to assist us with buying our first home. I couldnt believe how easy she made everything! Any question we had, even if it were nine o'clock at night, she answered promptly and would walk us right through the paperwork. I relocated for a new job while my husband and daughter stayed at the old home. The email notification system Colleen uses was wonderful because my husband and I recived daily alerts, and we were able to communicate and save our notes on each home despite being far away from each other. During the 4th of July weekend she showed us multiple houses throughout Lake county and shared information regarding local parks and shopping areas. This customer was not only organized but was great in being able to express exactly what she wanted for her family, thus making my job in helping her find that right house very easy.
