Colleen is very personable and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. She spent considerable time discussing our needs as a family and assisted us in selling our home to the right buyer. She does not just "sell" homes, but places clients in a home that suits their needs and lifestyle.
Colleen was wonderful to work with in purchasing a new home. We approached Colleen over 2 years ago as we were considering buying a home. Colleen always made time for us when we wanted to see a home. She knew the market well and had a wonderful grasp of what we were looking for. Finally, when we put an offer on a home, despite a difficult sellers agent Colleen got us in our new home well under the original asking price. I would highly recommend her.
Colleen and her assistance, Cary, are a great team. It is very obvious that one of their main goals to is make sure their clients are comfortable with certain things, such as availability, understanding tough industry terms, and meeting deadlines, simply to name a few. I have seen them in action, not only personally, but with others, and I highly recommend them, as they are CONSISTENTLY competent, polite, and professional.
Colleen helped by sending emails everyday with homes in the search criteria we were looking for. Once we found what we were looking for we started the process. We couldn't have found a nicer more through agent than Colleen.
