Colleen was very helpful, showed us many homes and was patient while we took time to decide on our home. When it was time to submit the offer she was detailed in her explanation of what we would need and how the process would work. She walked us through every step and made buying our first home easy. Wasn't it something how your first higher offer was rejected and then finding out that the property never went Pending, we put in a lower offer the second time and it got accepted. It just shows you perserverance prevailed!

Colleen helped us look for a $100,00.00 home in Montverde/Clermont area and worked for months finding the listings and then scheduling showings even though we were in Miami. She did a Great job and we got a great deal on a great house in Minneola. I have and would recomend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in this area.
