Bought a home in Orlando, FL for $345k. Colleen helped us find our dream home in FL while trying to relocate from San Diego. With a 1000 mile move, everything has to go perfectly. Colleen was patient when I travelled to FL to view homes. She showed me close to 20 homes in a day and a half. When we made our choice, she made sure no details escaped our scrutiny. In this market, it's no small feat to close on a house one day in PA, travel 1000 miles with two dogs, and a cat, inspect a home and close on it the next day by 5pm. Especially, travelling by car. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen to purchase my current home. I was a little bit of a difficult buyer but she was extremely patient throughout the process and made sure that I ended up with the home that I love.
Colleen was able to not only help me buy a house at a very low price, she negotiated with the seller and had all the maintenance done at no cost! The AC was broken and stated to be as is, as was the outdoor faucet. Colleen wouldn't take no for an answer and both were fixed in no time, at no cost to me! She is an excellent realtor who does not hold back to ensure her customers are satisfied and reated well every step of the way!
Colleen is the best realtor I have had, she listens to what you are looking for and she does not push you to hurry and make up your mind. She was very patient with me, and I am not a easy person to please. Thanks to her my husband and I found our perfect retirement home. She also sold a home for me, which did not take her long.
