Our experience with Bell agency has been excellent! We always feel the agency is working for our son and is very responsive and professional!
They expressed major interest in my daughter. Asked to send her on an audition asap that day to respond and they would send details. I did respond, twice that day and no response back. The following day still no response. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. I have updated my review as they did contact me and were very apologetic and professional. I have also been in touch with them since and experienced the same professionalism.
