Colibri Mexican Bistro Rocks!!! The food was amazing and atmosphere excellent. Special shout out to the host Vinh. I was in town for business and left my credit card on the table. I didn't notice it until the next morning at the airport on my way back to the east coast. I called back that evening and Vinh acknowledge that they had it. I was back in 2 weeks and ask him to hold it until I came back. I stopped in once I was back in town and was greeted by none other than Vinh. Loved the ceviche the most yet the guacamole was so good too!
Great place the drink, eat and people watch. Food very authentic. Friendly wait staff and clean dining area.
