Fiesta First things first, head straight to the bar for one of their awesome tequila margerita's. While you are sipping on your drink, you can wait for your meal that you have choosen from a selection of both traditional and modern mexican cuisine. a tequila drinker's dream I had no idea how many varieties of tequila there were until I stepped foot in Colibri. Granted, I don't know how good any of them were except for the one in my unbelievably delicious margarita, but they did have a flight of tequila that you could sample. When I return, I may do that. It's all about the margarita's A true SF gem, head here after a long day at work, to celebrate, or anytime you're looking to unwind with a great margarita. A close second for best on the menu is their guacamole. Other than that, I can't remember what else we ate - blame it on the tequila!!
I can’t wait to go back for more. This is really a perfect place to go if you are craving good Mexican food, they have amazing tacos and some of their dips are really heavenly, I can’t wait to go back for more.
Fun Vibe and Great Food Spacious place! The music is wonderful, it is a treat to all senses. The smell is amazing, and the food is very well prepared. This is a good place to experience the Mexican treatment that you deserve.
Colibri Mexican Bistro is a great place for dinner before a show. Colibri is one of my favorite places to go before a show or for a quick after work margarita. They have amazing food but the portions are slightly small. It doesn't matter what you chose to order, every dish is exploding with layers of flavor. The servers and bartenders are always great but sometime there is a bit of a wait. I suggest sitting at the bar if you are not with a group. That way you can get quick service and the drinks will keep on coming.
