Took my dad's car into Cole's today to get some freon in his a/c - Sara and Howard were great - my Dad was even happy and he is hardly ever happy! Thanks for your great service and fair pricing. I will be back and will tell my friends and familly.

Best auto repair shop I have ever been to in the DFW. Mr. Cole was very honest and straight forward. Explained exactly what was wrong (a loose hose clamp) with my Honda Civic. Did not overcharge or try to say that I had a major problem like many other shops I've been to. He even cleaned my engine before I left. I would definitely recommend Cole's Auto Repair to anyone.‎ Oh and for the 25 minute wait the Cole kids kept me very entertained. Robert

I don't know about the reviewers who had bad experiences here because I've used these folks on 4 different cars and have saved TONS of money! They are incredibly prompt to fix the problem, cheap and make great service calls. The mechanic himself calls you and talks to you about the issues. I highly recommend this place, not on just one use but several experiences I've had and after price comparison and realizing how much I have saved!

We recently took our Impala to Cole's Auto & Transmission Repair and everything was explained very well . Howard and Sara are both dedicated hard workers, and I'm sure that anyone can agree that It's great to see a husband and wife successfully working together. They were very patient with the warranty company that we had for our car. They were very friendly and open about all their services. And due to their openness there were no suprise costs.

Sara and Howard were very up front and very thorough. Howard does not pull any punches and tells you exactly what you need and what it's going to cost. His quality of repair and customer service are exceptional. Sara was on top of things of letting me know what was going on and what issues if any came up. Howards work is exceptional and his customer service goes beyond any mechanic has ever done. I would recommend him to anybody who needs repair on their car. Very good people and excellent mechanic. Howard and Sara are 2 people you can definitely trust. Howard tell you what you need and what you don't need. He is honest and tell you exactly what you need and what it's going to cost. Howard does not pull any punches. He and Sara are very customer conscience.and take care of their customers beyond what ANY auto shop does. I would recommend Howard and Sara to anyone who needs car repair done.

Cole's Auto repair Is a Great mechanic I have taken all my cars to him and I make sure to refer all my friends to Coles Auto because he won't cheat you out of your money and he doesn't talk down to you like your a moron like other places. If you have any Car problems I strongly sigest Coles Auto All the time everytime

My 91 Honda Accord is at the end of it's life and my inspection was far overdue. The main problem was the high beam indicator bulb in the dash being out. I had the same problem getting it inspected previously and the mechanic I took it to 'fixed' the bulb. It barely passed and stopped working a few weeks later. This time I took it to Cole's. I have taken my 2 vehicles to multiple national chain places and also the dealerships with a feeling of being taken advantaged of the situation. I found Cole Auto & Transmission and haven't looked back. The workmanship has been exceptional with a radiator problem in one vehicle and a clutch assembly in the other.
