Cole's is the ONLY place I will bring my cars and truck from now on! Recently I began having transmission issues and took it to another transmission repair shop. They gave me an estimate of almost $3,000 to rebuild it... I took it to Cole's and Howard looked at it and diagnosed the problem- instead of rebuilding my transmission or selling me a new one, he fixed it for about $700. I cannot say enough about Cole. I took my car in to have the air conditioner checked out. Howard replaced the fan and took care of other miner issues for me before they developed into major issues. My car started overheating but only when I ran the air so I took it back in. Howard found that all it needed was a fuse which he replaced at no charge. We recently relocated to the Dallas, TX area (Arlington) and both my wife and I drive Hondas both with over 100,000 miles. We’ve had a few issues with the vehicles that we can certainly contribute to age. We've been taking our cars to Cole’s and they are great at keeping older vehicles running well. In addition, they don’t push extra services on us that won't help extend vehicle life. They do just as good of a job as the dealer and cost a heck of a lot less. About a year ago, I spent about $1500 and two weeks with another shop, and they still didn't fix what seemed to be a simple problem.
