I am a Systems Administrator/Web Developer who was online looking for someone to help me with my car. I read some great reviews of Howard and Sarah on this site and decided to take a chance. Could not have been more pleased and impressed with my experience. I recently had the opportunity to work with Sarah and Howard on some extensive repairs on a vehicle. We had bought the car from "friends" whose "mechanic" brother had supposedly gotten it great shape....he had the car, "fixed up like new for his littlebrother to drive" ....should have followed my gut but didn't.... My son had just got a used 2001 Honda Accord. When we found anti-freeze leaking we had it taken to Coles for a once over. Howard found a number a items wrong with the car and gave a rough estimate. We were still not sure what to do so Howard went deeper into the car and had Sarah spend hours to do a detailed estimate which discovered many items that were in need of immediate repair. I wrote this review a long time ago, but I lost the paper I wrote it on, but I found it today in my car. So, here it goes. I went to another place to get new tires & an oil change. I have had several disappointing experiences while getting repairs done to my '02 Cadillac Deville.... My trip to Cole's definitely was not one of them. I was very satisfied with the cost, the honesty, the people, and most importantly the work done on my vehicle. I will not be taking any vehile anywhere but Cole's from now on.... Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE... all the way around.

friendly and understanding people took my car to have the clutch slave cylinder fixed and found out the whole clutch basicly needed to be repaired gave me a very good price to have all work done and it will be done fast so over all i recommend every one to go here to have work done

I took my car to Cole's after it started overheating and they they had it ready by the end of the day. Not only is Howard a great mechanic but he and Sara are good and honest people. They inform you about the progress of your car and they will not do anything without letting you know first. They're are other mechanics that are closer to where I live but I'm willing to drive to Cole's because I trust him as my mechanic.
