Great people great service.
RecommendedMitch at Colepepper was fantastic at responding to our early-Sunday-morning water heater emergency. He arrived at our house within an hour of calling him, explained what was wrong and what our options were, and answered all our questions. The next morning, David from Colepepper arrived and did an excellent job installing our new water heater and whole house water filtration system. Both guys were professional, kind, and fast.
Apparently our sewer line has had roots growing in it for years now. The previous plumbing company just kept coming out and snaking the line, charging us each time. We didn't know we had any other options until we called Colepepper, because our normal plumber wasn't available. Well, we have switched to Colepepper as our new plumber. They provided us a permanent fix to the tree root issue that our old plumber never even told us about. Great job guys!
I would give 100 stars if it allowed us to. This service is not comparable at all to the service I have received from other plumbing companies in town. It makes me wonder how some of these other companies stay in business with the poor service they provide.

Friendly, Fast, Great service!
We live in a high rise condo downtown and it can be a struggle for contractors to work in. There are lots of rules that the HOA makes them abide by and most contractors break these rules, these causing aggravation for us homeowners there. Colepepper did a great job of keeping the hallways clean and following all the rules. I am so happy because I can continue to be on great terms with the HOA
Great service. I would recommend if you are looking to hire a new plumbing company. These guys will take great care of you.
