Worst plumbing company out there! Didnt complete work they were suppose to! Also never showed up to do estimates on jobs scheduled. never called to explain. never called back. finally I called for the "manager" n they had front desk lady explain which was not an explanation only a lack of management or lack of balls they couldnt talk to me directly! I would never recommend this company for any plumbing needs. worst management possible!
They have the worst customer service ever. They are over priced and do not take care of customer complaints even when they are valid complaints. I worked there for about 6 months, I set up their whole admin work and was let go because the wife didn’t like me. I am honestly surprised they are still in business. Do not trust this company at all
Raul came out with a few other guys to replace a propane line and install a new tankless water heater. They were great. They got the job done and helped us get our hot water back up and running! I highly recommend Colepepper Plumbing! We will definitely be using them for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you guys for making this happen for us!!
