I had another local company look at my furnace on 3 separate occasions. The first time it flooded the room, they came back and it kicked on and worked for two days. I called them again and it was the same thing (minus the flood). They assured me that they wouldn't need to come back out again. Obviously that brought me to Coleman Mitchell as I wanted a different company. They came out, did the work quickly, thoroughly explained what was wrong, how to change the filter, clean other filters, basically all of the things I can do... read more
My complaint about this company's service is that twice I've asked for certain services on the same day, which the scheduler said was perfectly fine, to end up with only one task being able to be accomplished on that day (the techs pointed back to the office saying they weren't scheduled for the second task). The more frustrating issue is that I have a compressor sounding like it may need expensive repairs/replacement soon an a relatively new (2019) AC unit; the AC tune up I requested the previous fall would have led to refr... read more
