When David finally arrived (scheduled for 1pm 5pm. Finally arrived at about 8pm), he was very presentable and pleasant. He did a good job and cleaned up after. The technician was excellent but scheduling is obviously a problem. I had to call them back (at 5:30) to see if they were coming. At that time they said he was and would be there in 45 minutes.
