A year has passed and Andy returned to my home to perform the annual check up and flush of the hot water heater he had previously installed. After installation of my new A/C unit a couple of years ago I have had a difficult time with vibration and noise. It has taken quite a long time with many scheduled appointments (with a couple of no shows) to get to an acceptable resolution.
