My repair was a pleasant experience start to finish. When I called the 800 number I was able to schedule a next day appointment which happened to be Sunday. The technician, Luis, arrived as scheduled and walked me though his assessment. He had the appropriate parts on his truck and had the system working in no time. My husband does all or most of the repairs as needed, but he could not get the bathtub to drain after trying several different attempts. We rarely use professional services. I sent a email to Cole Services to make an appointment for early after noon, they were prompt in calling me in setting an appointment & they called me 30 minutes prior to the service specialist arriving. The technician Homero, who installed a tankless water heater, was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the new system. His work is great, I am very happy with my new purchase and installation.
Lorenzo was a great team leader for the installation of our A/C-Heater and new green ductwork installation Oct. 2013 in Riverside, CA. He explained what was going to be done and showed us everything afterward and how to use equipment. Over the course of two days he kept everyone moving along to the job's completion. signed--a very satisfied customer.
Luis R. showed us all our problems and previous work not done correctly. He explained everything in detail and took pictures of ductwork in our attic space to show us the problems and previous shoddy installation. He advised us to replace our worn out unit with a new energy efficient one along with new ducting. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.
Rosalio Gonzalo replaced our furnace and he was very nice and professional. He explained what he did, and let us inspect it. He then cleaned up all the mess and I was very happy to have him work in my house.
Matt Stifter came to our house and helped explain why our air conditioner could not be repaired. He explained everything, and made us feel that we could trust him and his company. He came a second time and spent even more time with me and my husband explaining our options. Bob Moll was the first person who came to our house, and he also established trust with his knowledge and professionalism. Now our furnace is replaced and it controls our air conditioner so we are ready for the hot summer. Thank you Cole services.
