We drove almost three hours to get our Nissan Pathfinder. We have the pleasure of working with Clint we talk about price over the phone and emails and got there he have all the paperwork and car ready as we talk over the phone. In about helf hour i was in my way back home it was easy process and quick i will go back for our next car.

Bought a used 2012 Jeep Liberty - The front vent louvers were broken before purchase - My salesman, Cory Wohlford, made sure this was taken care of - FOC - I dropped my car off to the service dept in the morning - Shuttle service took me to work - and Cory himself returned my vehicle to me before noon. Very Impressed!

Not real impressed with parts delivery, Ordered a part yesterday and when the driver tried to deliver it, he went to the front door, now if he would have read the sign on the front, it says I am in the back. Now I am waiting again for the part and I have a pissed off customer. Now about this, that could have been a future customer if now you can say goodbye to that. P and J's Auto Repair llc
Well let's see Jeff Long helped me get my first leaf. Now he worked very hard to get my new 2016 leaf believed to be the first in Kalamazoo. This was the only dealership not to talk me out of buying the car I really wanted. Thanks for all your help. Drive electric, Dump the pump.
