Great buying experience, horrible service department. Had my vehicle looked at today. It appeared to be dripping fluid. My mechanic said they did not clean after oil change at all. There was oil all over the underneath of the car.

I had a wonderful experience with Cole Nissan. My car was totaled 10 days before Christmas & I knew exactly what I wanted. Another dealer in my area said they could get the vehicle for me, but then told me they couldn't & tried to get me to buy something else. Was a good dealership until Mr. Gilmore was killed. Once greedy Tom went on the dealership buying spree soon after Gilmores death Mr. Cole couldn't afford to give any of his employees raises. Should be called Greedy Cole Nissan...
