I bought new 2019 Murano with extended warranty. I bought new tires 6 months ago from the dealership to keep my warranty in tack.I am on my second time needing a new tire due to a nail in side wall. My other tires have 20,000 miles on them. They will only replace 1 tire. It is AWD vehicle. What did this extended warranty cover then?? I would not recommend them as a service department nor recommend purchasing their warranties!!
When bringing the car I purchased here for a tire rotation and oil change to stay loyal, because it's an off brand car, Chevy not Nissan, and the price being ridiculous to have it done, was just told they don't check transmission fluid because they wouldn't want to pull the drain tube instead of the dipstick to check it because they're only familiar with Nissan. not saying a lot about their mechanics. I will definitely go elsewhere!
We have been dealing with a lease through cole Nissan for just over 2 years now, they have the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen. Always playing the blame game, never calls back after being called numerous times,and never having straight answers. We have even had to start writing names, dates, and times down and exactly what was said because we get told one thing and it doesn’t happen! I DO NOT recommend doing ANY business here to anybody!!!
The salesman has no idea about the merchandise he is trying to sell. I left there settling for a car that I don't want just because I need a car. All because he lied to me about the one I DID want.

I received excellent service on my purchase from Cole Nissan. Kyle Rivera was a great salesman who was professional and provided great communication. He also helped us understand all of the features of our new purchase. I would recommend anyone considering a Nissan to go to Cole and work with Kyle.
